This document contains a table of specifications for a Caregiving course. It outlines two lessons on tools/equipment and performing calculations. It divides learning objectives into lower-order and higher-order thinking skills. For Lesson 1 on tools and equipment, 25% of topics will be on identification and 12.5% on recognition. For Lesson 2 on calculations, 25% will be on definitions and 12.5% on problem-solving. It specifies the number of test items, percentage of the test, and test type (e.g. matching, fill-in-the-blank) for assessing each objective. In total, there will be 38 items (76%) for lower-order skills and 12 items (24%)
