- 3. Microsoft Surface Pro This is Microsoft’s top of the line tablet. It is pricey starting out at $2,199 for the model I reviewed, but well worth the money. This model does not come with a Surface pen but it is available for $99. It’s a little lighter than its predecessor and has a fanless design. This particular model has 16GB of RAM and a big 512GB SSD. There are i7 models starting at $799 for the 128GB SSD going all the way up to $2699 for the 1TB SSD.

- 6. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 that I reviewed has 4GB RAM and 32GB of storage space. It costs $549.99. They also have another model that has 128GB of storage for $649.99. It uses Android 7.0 Nougat for its operating system. It's the first HDR-ready tablet. HDR stands for high dynamic range, which offers better contrast and color range compared to regular HD. Unlike the Microsoft Surface Pro the Galaxy Tab S3 comes with a stylus pen.
- 7. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 It has four speakers, featuring AKG by Harman Kardon, which complement the excellent video. It has a 5.0MP front camera and 13.0MP autofocus rear camera. Samsung claims the battery can last for up to 12 hours. One thing I found interesting is that it is energy star certified. It has expandable memory up to 400GB. The tablet offers a USB-C outlet and has a fast charge feature. Unlike other tablets that are made of plastic or aluminum the Tab S3 is made entirely out of glass. The only negative thing I read was when you disconnect the unit from the keyboard sometimes the tablet keyboard wouldn’t show up. The Tab S3 had really good reviews on bestbuy.com. There were 1,689 reviews done for an overall rating of 4.7 out 5.
- 9. Apple iPad Pro This model has a 10.5-inch display and 64GB of storage and costs $649.99. The most expensive 10.5-inch model they have comes with 512GB of storage for $949. Apple claims this tablet has the world’s most advanced display. The iPad Pro Retina display features ProMotion technology, with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The operating system for this tablet is iOS 11.

The A10X Fusion chip makes complex tasks like working with two apps at once, retouching high-resolution photos, or playing games feel effortless. It can support up to 866Mbps of Wi-Fi speed. It has a 12MP camera and a 7MP FaceTime HD camera. The fact that the tablet only weighs one pound makes it easy to carry around. The CPU speed is 30% faster than the previous generation and the graphics speed is 40% faster than the previous generation. This model has 4 speakers, which is comparable to the Galaxy Tab S3. It has 2,519 surveys that were done on bestbuy.com and it has an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5.
