Gravure is mostly used in news paper printing it involves two cylinders that have the imprints made into the they are then covered with ink and a piece of paper or other material is rolled between the two cylinders to create words or a painting. advantages disadvantages Can print a lot of things in one Can make a mess go Can be expensive to run the machines

- 8. An inkjet printer is a printer that puts droplets of ink onto a piece of paper that then dries and then you have a photo graph or letter e.c.t. It was developed during the 1050 and is now used through out most homes in the world as it is cheap and easy to use advantages disadvantages Sometimes cheap Ink can sometimes be expensive Easy to use Print at a good speed
- 9. Desktop publishing is printing from a pc to create menus and newsletter and other things like a word document. advantages disadvantages Cheap Can always print a lot in one go Looks good Practical
