Taskitpro is a task and workforce management system featuring a dashboard for managing projects and a mobile app for task completion. Users can create unlimited projects and tasks, and mobile app users receive updates and tasks globally. The service is free for one user, with additional users available through subscription, and users can register and manage tasks through the website and app.

- 2. Taskitpro has 2 elements 1: The taskitpro dashboard for Managing Projects, Users and Tasks and allocating tasks to taskitpro mobile app. Users. 2: The taskitpro application for receiving and completing tasks via the taskitpro app.
- 3. The taskitpro dashboard allows users to create unlimited projects and tasks and allocate those tasks to taskitpro mobile app Users. Taskitpro mobile app users can receive tasks and updates anywhere in the world. The taskitpro application, dashboard and single user are free. The mobile application is available from the Apple and Google Play stores. Step 1: Go to www.taskitpro.com to register or download the taskitpro app. Step 2: login at the www.taskitpro.com home page via a PC or tablet connected to the internet. Create projects by selecting the "Projects" tab followed by "+ Create New Project" Create tasks by selecting a project and entering task details including from & to dates . Step 3: Create users by selecting the "Users" tab followed by "+ Create New Users" (note first user is free, to create more than one user you must select the "Subscription" tab to select the number of additional users you require).
- 4. 2: You will receive a confirmation email with your username, password and login details 3: Click on the link to the login page and enter your login details. 4: Enter your login details and select the login 1: Register for free access to the project dashboard by entering your email address and select the “Register for taskitpro now” tab.
- 5. 5: The next screen displays your user profile. Update your details and change the temporary password and select the update profile tab. 6: From the left side menu select the User tab and enter the name and email address of the staff
- 6. 6: From the left side menu select the User tab and enter the name and email address of the staff member or person you want to allocate tasks to.
- 7. 7: Next select the OK tab to send an email with login details and links to the Taskitpro application from the Apple and Google play stores. 8: Next select the Project tab from the left side menu to display the projects page and select the Create new Projects tab and enter a project name and select OK. 9: The project name will display and to the right the “edit project name” and “open project” icons are displayed.
- 8. 10: Click the open project icon of the project you want to open
- 9. 11: Enter a Task name that clearly identifies the task to be carried out so the person carrying out the task fully understands your instructions. 12: Next select a start and finish date and a further detailed task description. 13: From the dropdown user menu select the user that this task will be allocated to and then select save to update the user’s task list on the taskitpro application. 14: You can enter all tasks with the start and finish dates and save prior to allocating to a user. Once satisfied with the task list select the user for each task and select the save tab to allocate the tasks to each users mobile device. Note to unassigned a task simply deselect the user and select the save tab.
