How TASKER works?
• TASKER enables more efficient resource management
and optimization of workflow processes.
• Employees are able to respond and accomplish tasks
quicker no matter where they are.
• Stock level, assignment status, issue resolution, or
performance can be monitored and managed real- time.
• All documents are digitized and have e-signature enabled;
• Invoicing and payments can be done a lot faster - saving time spent
on paper work.

New tasks instantly appear on the device of mobile employees.
Execution of Assigned Task
Users can add supplemental materials, photos, and
remarks to each task entry. Materials usage and
remarks are instantly available to review for office-
based users.
Reporting Task Completion from Mobile Device
After your mobile employee has accomplished the task,
clients can rate their customer experience and
confirm/accept the pro-forma invoice with a signature on
the mobile device. A report is sent to the office at once.
Report in PDF Format
Office-based employees receive the
reports from mobile employees in .pdf or
.xls formats. These reports can be
exported to other systems if necessary.
Integration of TASKER, CRM, and Accounting Systems
• Access to all necessary TASKER data is
provided through API, XML or JSON formats;
• Integration can be complete by client’s IT
department or… ;
• ….TASKER support team is available to
complete the integration.
Data Exchange
When the configuration process is complete, client‘s data, materials, objects, and tasks
are imported from the Company‘s databases.
Methods of data import:
1. Manual: Data is formatted in .xls format according to examples listed at the
system and imported through wizard just as described in Tasker user guide.
2. Automatic: If TASKER is integrated with company’s accounting system and/or
CRM, data import is processed automatically.

Configuration of the Software
On a computer (PC or MAC):
• Application is available through all web browsers.
• No software installation is needed.
On a mobile device:
• Client installs Tasker from Google Play store...;
• ...or gets customized app version throught the special link. Software is installed as a
standard Android app.
Suitable Devices
• Desktop computer or laptop (PC or MAC)
• Mobile phones and tablets that have at least an „Android 4.0.0 Ice Cream Sandwich“
operating system.
• Interface adjusts itself to different screen sizes*.
*Note that there can be a slight mismatch of user interface display on a mobile device with screens
smaller then 4.3 inches.
