- 3. Company Profile Westera u-pvc window technologies with its inception in the year 2009 has been catering the u-pvc window industry with its technical tie-up with Kommerling. With its strong vision to achieve excellence in the field and provide better and faster services we launch our new state of the art fabrication facility at Pune . Westera progresses from being a trader in the product to a fabricator which was a long term dream of the Entrepreneurs who laid the foundation pillars of Westera.

- 7. 58mm Energy System - Inward Casement, Tilt & Turn Benefits - Saves energy and gives better acoustics ( insulation). 3 chambered profile enhances the thermal insulation. It accords with the German standard - wall thickness 3mm, high strength corner welds and high impact resistance. Sloped rebate of inside chamber for smoother drainage. Accommodates glass of different thickness from 4mm to 32mm.

- 10. 58mm Gold Asea system - Inward / Outward The same window frame can be used for fixed, inward opening, outward opening windows making the assembly much easier. Sloping surface of profile gives a slimmer appearance, thereby enhancing the architectural aesthetics. The scientific design realizes the application and convenient exchange with different hardware. The co-extruded glazing bead adjoins closely with glass, accommodating glass with different thickness. The unique Z-style transom can realize the ideal joint. Be it welding or mechanical coupling.

- 14. 88mm Orta system - Sliding Window System This system not only has the co-extruded sealant gasket but also keeps the safety groves of sealant gasket. Larger reinforcement chamber for better wind resistance. There are sliding indoor screen sash on frame track and sliding outdoor sash on the single track. Sloping rebate of frame assists drainage of water . Co-extruded gasket on sash and glazing bead gives tight sealing. Mesh could be put either interior or exterior.

- 17. F2 78mm Sliding System - Sliding Door System System has high strength reinforced frame profile high strength welded corners, strong and durable sliding track. It accommodates glass with different thickness from 5mm up to 22mm. It can be processed for big ground window and big sized sliding door. System has high strength and wind resistance, enabling big size sashes. Single sash size up to 1.2 x 2.4 m Separate drainage chamber and Sloped rebate assists quick drainage of water. Mosquito net could be put either interior or exterior.

Vinyl 2010 is the legal entity set up to provide the organizational and financial infrastructure to manage and monitor the actions undertaken as part of the Voluntary Commitment.
