Because The Best Businesses Are Built With People WE ARE ACTIVELY SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: Technical Sales Manager - CALA ROLE SUMMARY We are actively seeking ideal candidates based in Sao Paulo, Brazil with experience working with Sales account/Alliances directors, to manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle in an international market and develop relationships with key technical decision makers. Supporting opportunities across CALA as required. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including: • Manage bids and compose responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ directly to operators and through partners. • Communicate complex BSS/OSS solutions in verbal and written form. • Design a solution architecture based on the Prospect input highlighting the strengths of company’s solutions. • Demonstrate company’s OSS solutions, and work with the Proof of Concept team to define customized demos/POCs for prospects. • Develop relationships with key technical decision makers throughout the sales cycle. • Working with Professional Services organization, identifying what needs to be delivered • Work with other Technical Sales Managers in defining and developing collaterals that are necessary to win deals • Input to sales strategy. • Input to product roadmap based on market/customer requirements. • Extensive travel (50%) in CALA where fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory. • Keeping up to date on movements in technology in the telecom and billing and customer care industry, and assist in building competitive analysis knowledge.
