The findings reveal that the PMS has an accuracy index of ±7.5% and a low probability of ±21.77% in meeting user requirements, primarily due to variability errors rather than just inaccurate software. The study emphasizes the necessity for aligning PMS functionality with end user needs to enhance project management outcomes.
