academic libraries reported having e-books in
2012)

9.6% of academic libraries’ total acquisitions

The PASCAL E-Book Initiative
Beginning in 2013, PASCAL launched its e-
book initiative using lottery funds.
Over 250,000 e-books are now available
through four platforms:
– EBL Demand Driven Acquisition
(DDA) Plan from ProQuest
– Academic Collection from EBSCO
– Ebrary from ProQuest
– UPSO Psychology Collection from
Oxford University Press
