This document presents a proposed RFID-based attendance system aimed at addressing the inefficiencies and issues of the existing attendance methods at King Abdul-Aziz University, Saudi Arabia. The current system suffers from problems such as time consumption, inaccuracies, and manual errors; the proposed solution promises to enhance efficiency through automation, secure data handling, and automated notifications to parents. The study utilizes a case study methodology and anticipates that implementing this RFID system will significantly improve attendance tracking and reporting for both educators and families.
