Living Labs Global and the City of Copenhagen are developing an integrated, intelligent transport network called the Vector Project. The project taps into movement data from cyclists and other transportation to create an open, queryable visualization of movement throughout Copenhagen. This circulating data is captured as vectors that record length, speed, direction and optionally other attributes. The network allows individuals to log personal data, report problems, publish content or events, and broadcast availability to enable on-demand services. It aims to optimize infrastructure, discoverability and coordination across the city's pathways.
