Locogard • A special fibre mat covered from top using special coated fabric & from other sides using high temperature resistant fabric. • The assembly is duly stitched using high temperature resistant thread. • Requisite fasteners are attached for ease of fixing. • It is offered in kit form as per the drawings.

Thickness (mm) 20 - 30 • Limiting oxygen index LOI > 50% as tested in accordance with IS:13501 • Flame Resistant: Passes Class ‘A’ as per Appendix 8 of UIC-564-2 OR • Visibility Deterioration: Passes Class ‘A’ as per Appendix 15 of UIC-564-2 OR • Toxicity < 0.2 Units as per NCD: 1409 • Insulation Property = 120 deg c Maximum* * Temperature of cold face, when hot face temperature is 600 Degree C.

Thickness (mm) 25 + 5 – Insulation Property* ( O C) 70 Maximum * Temperature of cold face, when hot face temperature is 450 Degree C using one layer. – Fire resistance Passes UL-94 test at V-0 level.
