This document outlines a thesis project that will examine how the use of cloud storage systems can foster asynchronous group-based e-learning among English teachers at Universidad de Oriente. The researchers will design a guide on using cloud storage and conduct a workshop for teachers. They will assess teacher performance in the workshop and attitudes towards using cloud storage for asynchronous e-learning. A literature review will cover definitions of cloud storage/e-learning and contemporary e-learning trends. An action research methodology will use purposive sampling of all 17 English teachers, and data collection instruments like content analysis, observation checklists, and Likert scale surveys.
