This document describes a time table management system that uses Raspberry Pi, RFID, and GSM technologies to automatically notify faculty about their class schedules and monitor attendance. The system works by reading RFID tags worn by faculty with an RFID reader connected to a Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi checks the schedule stored on its memory and uses a GSM module to send SMS messages to faculty phones 10 minutes before their scheduled class. It also sends messages to the Head of Department if a faculty member is late or absent from class based on the RFID tag readings. The aim is to reduce paperwork and save time by automating the notification and monitoring of class schedules and attendance.
