He should not be rigid. He take responsibility to do Team work in any situation. He must not be selfish. He always be Ready to Learn new Things. He is open Minded Person. He should be flexible to take assignment decisions.

He Replied that, here is my current assignment we basically have to deal with faculty researches students and environment problems at different stages. I feel its about getting adapted to a particular situation. Helps me contributing and understanding the problems. At very early stage deciding the time lines, deciding the keys to achievable targets. Helps me overall completion of assignment.
