Emerging contexts are social systems transitioning into new structural
forms. They are open systems capable of testing and experiencing
structural changes that in times of stability are not considered. This
dynamic has a dual behavior that presents threats and opportunities.
In this unit you will learn how to address emerging systems to develop
new economic projects and social transformations.
Deciding under uncertainty
Manage cycles of instability
Emerging contexts have diffuse forms in their structure. Under
the current dynamics of the events, it is impossible to keep stable
conditions (economical, political, cultural, productive, etc.) without
changes. In this unit you will learn how to deal with three levels of
difficulties that arise when facing bifurcation points and five steps to
manage interventions.
Anticipate changing trends
Decision tool for complex situations
This tool allows you to analyze a situation in three dimensions of
development to deliver innovative responses to solve complex
problems. The application of three-dimensional model transforms
the complexity of events in a map of alternatives movements. This
methodology organizes the perception and interpretation of people
in order to analyze more broadly the complexity of events.
Designing a competitive architecture
Increase the responsiveness of the organization
The permanence of an organization depends on their movements
in context. The competitiveness is related to the responsiveness of
an organization facing new demands and requirements. The fact of
“being more” or “having more” does not define the permanence of
a company in turbulent contexts. In this unit you will learn how to
create an organizational architecture to strengthen their capacity
to respond and develop dynamic processes that increase levels of
project results.

Innovative approach
In this module you will learn concepts to
deal with emerging contexts and apply
formulas and tools to develop innovative
decisions in complex situations. The goal of
this unit is understand the transformation
of social contexts in order to expand the
development alternatives of companies
and organizations.

In this program we share tools and models
that we have developed in 10 years of
research. We have applied those tools in
Latin American contexts in social projects
and business projects in situations of
change and transformation. From this
experience we designed models to cope
unstable social contexts.

classroom where access to content and
exercises in different formats. The process
is ordered thematically oriented through
multimedia introductory classes.

Learning assessment
The learning process is certified through an
exam at the end of the unit. The certificate
enables the student to apply the tools and
models in their professional practice.

Application exercises
Our goal is to generate personal skills to
face changing contexts. Participants apply
our tools to their own organizational
problems. Thus, they train in a laboratory
assisted under our supervision. Our
