Having Manufactured in the UK for many years, I understand how extremely difficult it is for toolmakers in the UK to manufacturer tools within our imported price range and now Quality Controlled Dimensions up to 50% on tools produced in comparison UK manufacturers. Design 3D Drawings are offered on request for new tools. Advise on moulding thicknesses , material types, finishes and support structures are offered. Various surface colours, coatings and textured finishes are available. New samples are accurately checked using the latest designed co-ordinate measuring machine technology. Moulding orders are QC checked against approved master samples, that’s been signed off and dated by customer and manufacturer. Production Work - Moulded parts are randomly selected and strictly tested by disciplined quality control staff.
