Egg Yolk
           Egg yolk is the highest
           source of cholesterol. A
           single egg yolk contains
           approximately 213mg of
           cholesterol, it has all the
           bad cholesterol.
            Having one egg yolk a
           day meets the total day’s
           cholesterol requirement
           i.e. 300mg.
Dairy Products
                 Dairy products made
                 from whole fat milk
                 are equally high in
                 bad cholesterol.
                 Whole fat curd, ice
                 creams, cheese,
                 butter, cream are
                 high in bad saturated
                 fats and your bad
                 cholesterol levels.
OILS
       Certain types of oils and
       ghee have high levels of
       saturated fats which
       ultimately contribute to
       increasing bad
       cholesterol levels.
       Choose healthy oils like
       soybean, canola, rice
       bran.
RED MEAT
           Red Meat contains some
           of the highest
           concentrations of bad
           fats which elevates the
           bad cholesterol.
           Examples of Red Meat
           are pork, beef, mutton,
           organ meat. Preparing
           methods also add on
           saturated fats.
FAST FOODS
             One of the effect of eating fast
             foods on health is increasing
             your bad cholesterol. This is
             because of the type and amount
             of oil used to prepare it.
              Fast food items that contain
             eggs or processed meats are
             more dangerous and contain
             about 200 and 300 mg of
             cholesterol per serving.
