- 2. Project PALM team actions March 2010 The Project PALM facilitators met on the 23 rd March to clarify all project PALM ideas submitted by participants in TQR Institutes. Some action plans will require further details/ refinement to ensure that there are an agreed set of activities aligned with this 10 week professional development program. You will be contacted by your facilitator to finalise these plans An email outlining your project activities and outcomes and relevant support and or budget requirements has now been sent to you, your manager and your institute Director Once you have received this email, your facilitator will work with you to begin your project.
- 3. Getting Started in Project PALM? Designate a set schedule for your work on this project e.g 3 hours per week Connect with your teaching and learning network and advise them of your project and identify any current or useful resources, colleagues. Record any issues as you work through the project on the page forum that has been added to your project page on the TQR my.tafe page Check in with your facilitator once a month or as scheduled
- 4. April Commence your April activities and participate in relevant coaching and learning activities. Don’t forget to check out the three pages on the TQR website under VET Futures project PALM. These have extra information and links that you might find useful as you progress through your project. Provide a paragraph which describes your project issues and progress in the project PALM project page by May 1 st 2010
