This training report outlines the design, delivery, and evaluation of a competency-based behavioral interview (CBBI) training session for staff at Rivers Hospital aimed at improving their recruitment interview techniques. The training session utilized various methods such as PowerPoint presentations, role play, and handouts, and was well-received by participants, although the evaluation of training effectiveness posed some challenges.
