Integrating technology in learning was discussed by various educators and researchers. They provided concepts and principles about integrating technology in instruction. Integrating technology means using learning technologies to introduce, reinforce, supplement, and extend skills. It also means matching software with basic skill competencies and following computer-assisted instruction with word processing and presentation tools. Further, integrating technology should make it an integral part of classroom functions, on par with other classroom tools. ICT integration also encompasses curriculum reforms that change both how and what is learned, and requires considerations at both pedagogical and technological levels with an emphasis on sound pedagogical principles.
