THIS SCREEN OPENS
"PARTECIPANTE ASOC" is for teams following the high school ASOC addresses in Italian and
English, while "ASOC MEDIE" is for teams of that address.
Provide in the registration form:
Partecipante ASOC
+
Email = official team email
Username = team name
Password = choose a password and confirm
Wait a few minutes then check your mail box
and your SPAM folder
Confirm account activation by clicking
the link in the email
LOG IN
Username: team email
Password: your chosen password
In the menu on the right, click on Change profile and enter the details
COMPILING THE
MONITORING REPORT
Click on CREA REPORT in the
upper left menu
The registration form opens.
You will find tips and
suggestions for writing your
report.
IMPORTANT:
Teams following ASOC in English
must fill out all fields of the
Monithon report in English.
1. Immediately you will see the MoniTutor guide with specific
civic monitoring tips for your project
2. Paste the OpenCoesione link of the chosen project and click on
the Search icon.
3. Then draft all parts of the report, as you proceed with the
investigation

At the bottom of the screen for filling out STEP 2, you will find this field:
Here you can:
- upload documents
- upload photos
- upload other
multimedia material
Save and send the report
It should be sent at least 3 days before the official delivery
deadline for the lesson 3 report
You can save the report at any time and
recover it later by clicking in the upper right
menu:

When you’re ready to send, save the report
by checking the box
The Report is ready to be reviewed by the
editors
After a few days, the Monithon editors will publish the report or
ask you for some changes.
After having completed the Monithon report and having received
the validation from the Monithon editorial staff,
you have to enter the URL in the field for the Lesson 3 Report
of your Team page on the ASOC site
