A blog can be interactive, allowing teachers and students to begin conversations or add information published there.
- 5. Why should students blog? • Blogs are easy to create. • Blogs are flexible, lots of uses. • Encourages class participation and discussion. • Easy way to practice writing and improve writing skills. • Give them a feeling of ownership.
- 6. Why students may not want to blog? • It takes time to keep a blog updated. • No confidentiality. • It is difficult to keep them blogging about class subjects. • The worldwide audience may scare them.
