3 Descriptive case study
The case study is a form of descriptive research.
Although it consists of a vigorous ,detailed
examination of a single case, the underlying
assumption is that this case is an example of may
other such cases. Consequently indepth study of a
single case, a greater understanding about other

to make generalization drawing conclusion from
case study is not justifiable.

Historical recharge is an accurate record of
how ,when and where the event started; How it
progressed and when it ceased. The historian
explains the event by describing the condition
which lead into it and out of which it grew.
