- 61. Images:The Central image is a medium close up, used as the background of magazine.
- 62. The are smaller images placed around the masthead, mainly along the sides and bottom of the cover.
- 63. Images of famous people.
- 64. Most of them use direst address, which makes it more personal.

- 66. Different facial expressions in the central image (The expression depends on the magazine genre)Layout:Bar code on the right.
- 67. There are many cover lines limited to about 4-9. They are usually placed around the central image at the sides and the bottom

- 83. There is always one central/main image. Layout:Most contents pages will have three columns and one column will include all of the writing and the other two columns will include cover lines and pictures etc.

- 99. Stand first - Bold paragraph underneath the main header/title but above the article.
- 100. Drop notes in big letters from story to stand out (exiting or controversial)

- 102. In formal mode or address to connect with the audience.

- 104. Consistent colour scheme which relates to image.
- 105. Artists name bold and highlighted.
