- 2. Film Title Typography We chose this typography because it looks sinister but had lots of Impact at the same time because it was still bold. We used a motion blur effect on the word ‘journal’ as this emphasized what the narrative of the film was related to. We used a pentacle symbol instead of the letter O as it connotes black magic and evil. The J also looks like a demons tail which we believed was a nice feature of the typography as it added to making it clear to the audience that the film was a horror.
- 3. Magazine Masthead Typography We chose this font for the masthead typography for our film magazine. We chose the name ‘Cinema’ because it makes it clear to the audience that the magazine is something to do with films. The typography looks very powerful and the letter A looks quirky and memorable.
