- 2. Aims of the brief Our production is as much as we thought of it and wanted it to be but because we didn't had much time for our our production stage as we shot our whole piece of production outdoor there are some bits from the script that I had to after discussing with my group members take out of the production.But everything that we altered or added was done according to the conventions of horror kept in mind.One of our requirements was to have another person as an actor according to our script, which was fulfilled when Mr stefan scurtu came to act free of any charges just to help us out.We needed a camera of course to shoot our media piece and we didn't want to take the camera from school because then it would have been our responsibility regarding
- 3. Aims of the brief Anything that happens to the camera during our outdoor shoot. So we decided to use a mobile phone camera and amongst us all ,Mr stefan scurtu had the best phone camera so we shot all of our scenes with his camera,then we transferred all of the shots into a USB from the phone and it worked out really well.In terms of location we needed a quiet street, a quiet neighbourhood and a empty house se we could show the mysterious atmosphere around and in the killers house.We went to maties house and its surroundings to shoot these scenes,because his neighbourhood is quite which is what we needed.

Aims of the brief The changes that we did in our script were done by keeping in mind all the shots ,that we still will keep and conclude the shots that we decided before.We have concluded shots like close ups,wide angle shots,point of view shots,over the shoulder shots,mid shots and three shots.In relevance to camera movement we decided to use tilt,panning and and zoom in and we did use these three movements in reality as well.

Planning In our pre-production stage we planned and jotted down our budget and a working schedule with 5 days of shooting and it all worked out as we planned.Actually our budget wasn't that much as we expected it to be,in fact our budget was lesser than we expected to be.We in our script had five friends so we had planned that we are gonna ask our friends to act for us but because we didn't had enough actors , we changed changed the five friends to four friends.According to our script we needed a house,a quite street and a quiet neighborhood so this meant that we had to do outdoor shoot and we asked teacher for the camera she said that the school doesn't allow so we decided to use our phone cameras to shoot the whole media piece and thats what we did.

Planning I planned with my camera man when he was designing our storyboard that we need to use as many shots as possible especially the main ones which are close up,wide angle shot,two shot and three shot.My camera man suggested and made pictures to show me and the others the shots on the storyboard which everyone liked,and we planned to use those shots just like he suggested them.One of the shots that he suggested was an over the shoulder shot of the killer when the boys go for trick or treat in the house.
- 7. Areas of improvement I think our production would have been better if we would have given it more time than we did because of course then we would have gotten more takes and then we would have got a better result than we have right now.I think our production consists of shots in which the character jeff cant be seen very clearly as the shots are shot in low key lighting and I think should have gotten a shot where we would have shown jeff in high key lighting as he is a good guy not a bad guy.Finally I think that our production should have got more dialogues because as we had to rush our production in the end we had to cut some dialogues to end it to make it quicker.I think more dialogues would have been better because that have given the audience a better understanding of what is happening and what is going to happen.
