 The displays located in Cadbury world are bright, eye
catching , bold and colourful, which makes them easy
to see and read from a distance.

 the displays are important as they attract customers of
all types, its important to have them situated at places
like Cadbury world because if you don't it makes the
business and place look dull. Displays at Cadbury world
are also a good source of promoting products and
services its attractive and not complicated because
some displays just need images to make the customers
    understand.
 some of the displays at Cadbury world are
not relevant to Cadbury world, Cadbury ,
discounts or the special events that they
hold. For e.g. When I walked passed the
reception there were no displays or posters
about Easter events. (as it was coming up
to Easter), this could lose customers around
Easter time and the school holidays
because families have nothing to do unless
if businesses like Cadbury world hold events
to attract families which would increase
    their sales.
 The good things about the staff at Cadbury
world is that they look smart and their
hygiene standards are good. For example
the staff in the cadabra section had apron,
gloves and a hat on when they were
  serving customers the liquid chocolate.
 Another example of staff hygiene is that
when I was sitting in the restaurant the
cooks had PPE on and sanitised their hands
regularly to prevent the spreading of germs.
 In the factory department of Cadbury
world a member of staff was dealing
    with the chocolate and chocolate
mouldings but whilst she was doing that
she started to scratch a spot on her face
after that she didn't sanitise her hands, I
was disgusted by this and I'm sure if
customers had seen this they would of
    had complained
 Well for starters not one member of staff at
Cadbury world could speak a foreign
    language... Which quite frankly was
disgraceful, a businesses like Cadbury world
requires employees who are capable of
    speaking foreign languages.
 Spoken language defines as how the
    staff communicated to their customers,
    formally or informally...
