  • #3: The purpose of the transitional NSP is to cover the 1 year between the current NSP expiring which is Sept 2010 and the new coming on line. Many of you have been involved in the development of the NSP, the first initial drafts of the NSP have arrived only in the last week.The KAPB was a research undertaken by the University of the West Indies, sponsored by the NACC to collect information on the knowledge, attitudes, practices and beliefs of a representative sample of the population between 15-49 years.The report is dated June 2007
