Background Information of EIA Review Team — EIA Report Review Team, consisting of 39 members from government agencies, i.e. MOECAF, 18 related ministries, attorney General Office and 3 civil Development committee of Yangon, Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw, with a total of 39 members was formed, and the reviewing task was assigned by MOECAF with reference number-2/220/(B) (3)/ (8007/ 2013) dated 28-11-2013. — With MOECAF’s reference number-2/220/(B) (3)/(8008/ 2013) dated 28-11-2013, EIA report Review Team was also recruited into 4 sub-groups based on Land use Sector, Mining and Energy Sector, Urban and Construction Sector and Industry Sector respectively.
