- 16. Test Participants Don’t get stressed, there is no reason for it. Don’t try to gain some knowledge prior the test, there is a reason why you have been chosen. You are testing the product, not vice versa.
- 17. Test Facilitator He is not test participant’s buddy nor enemy. Often with additional test buddy who writes notes and manages test observers.
- 18. Test Observers They should watch, ask questions to others and write important usability problems. Don’t write every participant’s hesitation, only serious usability problems. Attend test evaluation session.

Success Tips: ● Stick to what you have observed. ● Focus on the most serious problems.
