- 3. Web-based SMS In the “Send Text Message” screen, enter the Phone Number in international format (+65xxxxxxxx), type in Text, and click Submit to send SMS. - 4. Web-based SMS When you click on “Address Book”, you can select people or Distribution Lists stored in your Address Book. Hold down Ctrl and click to select more than one recipient. Click on Select to transfer number to the Send Text Message screen. You can add or update Address Book Entries from this screen.
- 5. Web-based SMS In Distribution Lists, you can create or modify Distribution Lists. Enter a new name at the bottom and click Create to create, or select an existing and click Modify to change the members in the list.
- 6. Web-based SMS You can choose existing Address Book entries to add in Distribution Lists, or you can manually add entries into the Distribution Lists by typing them at the bottom.
- 7. Web-based SMS If you click on Import Distribution List, you will be able to copy and paste a list of phone numbers (and/or names). The entries are on a line-by-line basis. The advantage of storing by phone number is that you can select them by name if you need to. If you want to replace the whole list, select the “Replace Existing List” checkbox, otherwise it will just add new numbers to the list.
