  • #14: Effective project management methodology is a backbone for every eLearning project. At viaLearning we have developed a unique 5-step approach for taking your web-based training course from concept stage to completion. While we have a standard process, each customer is unique and we modify the process based on their expectations and needs. We use our 5 phase methodology as the starting point to a specific process for a specific client, but are agile enough to quickly switch gears to meet your needs.
