- #11: Un gráfico de trabajo pendiente a lo largo del tiempo muestra la velocidad a la que se está completando los objetivos/requisitos: Días pendientes para completar los requisitos del producto o proyecto – Product Backlog Horas pendientes para completar las tareas de la iteración – Iteration Backlog
- #12: Cambios incorporados y requisitos añadidos sobre el alcance inicial del proyecto. Número de requisitos completados en la iteración. Número de requisitos completados respecto al total de requisitos.
- #13: Velocidad es la cantidad de trabajo (PBI’s, User Stories or Requirements) realizado en un sprint.
- #14: Tiempo de entrega de un User Stories or Requirements tras su petición o Lead Time.
- #17: El Diagrama de Flujo Acumulado es una herramienta práctica que te ayuda a ver el estado del trabajo en curso, el ritmo del proyecto e identificar rápidamente los riesgos asociados al tiempo de entrega, así como los cuellos de botella.
