Please plan your departure anytime on Thursday October 8. AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION It’s important that you make your travel arrangements to Madison, Wisconsin via the approved travel agency as soon as possible to get the best choice of flights. All airline tickets will be booked through Fox Premier Meetings & Incentives (FPMI). FPMI will receive a list of attendees and will be contacting you within 48 hours after you complete your registration to book your flight.If it’s more convenient for you to contact them directly, please feel free to call them at 877-230-3606 to book your ticket. Please complete this online conference registration first before booking your airline ticket. If you call, let the agent know that you are with the CUNA Mutual Exchange visit. CONFIRMATION At the time you book your airline tickets, a copy of your flight itinerary will be sent to you via email from FPMI. A hotel confirmation number will be sent to you prior to the meeting along with other pertinent information needed for your travel. EXPENSES Travel, hotel costs , scheduled meals and entertainment associated with the Credit Union Exchange will be paid for by CUNA Mutual Group.
