Vet Visit Experience Transparency Current System
● There are vets out there that are not
listening or helping at all.
● Vet visits are often surprisingly
expensive - they would rely on the
internet before going to the vet unless
it is an urgent situation
● Current system does not prepare the
pet owners with enough information
to make informed financial decisions.
● Passionate and communicative vets
build trust easier.
● Pleasant experience in service wise
● For an issue that has never been dealt
with before, most pet owners decides
to go to a vet
● Limited available hours for urgent
