Isaac Miller went on a Week Without Walls trip to Thailand in 2014 where he learned about globalization and sustainability. He visited three villages - Baan Mae Sa Mai, Baan Pa Nok Kok, and Doi Pui - and observed how people lived in different areas and how community actions impacted lives. He also did challenging outdoor activities like rock climbing. The trip was a life-changing experience where Isaac learned to appreciate what he has and be happy, as the Thai people seemed happy without much material wealth. He realized people in less fortunate areas can find joy in small things. Overall, Isaac gained independence and responsibility by having to manage daily tasks without supervision during the trip.
