Week3 intro to computer (history of comps, comps in everyday life)

The first electronic computer was the ENIAC, built at the University of Pennsylvania in 1943. It was used for military calculations and weather forecasting. Weighing 30 tons, the ENIAC filled an entire room and helped lay the foundations for integrating computers into everyday life across fields like communication, education, astronomy, publishing, entertainment, engineering, finance, banking, biology, and the military.
