The presentation proposes a new integrated client information system for an organization with multiple departments providing social services. It outlines the current separate department systems, proposes consolidating all client data into a single centralized database system using Intuit QuickBase software run on Dell PCs with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office. This proposed new system is argued to improve coordination, communication, service quality, and save time and money compared to the current separate departmental systems. Legal and ethical issues around client confidentiality and privacy are also addressed.
