- 11. Are all Harvard’s databases in PCI? No. Most of our database providers also supply records to PCI – but some do not. For instance, many EBSCO databases are not in PCI. - 12. Why are there so many duplicate records in PCI? Because the same content is being provided from different sources. PCI does “FRBR-ize,” but only for exact duplicates.
