- 2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide, we’ll discuss the improvements in Odoo 18 PDF Quote Builder. A PDF quote builder is a software tool that allows us to create professional-looking quotes in PDF format. These tools often come with pre-designed templates that we can customize with our company's branding and information. They also allow us to add details such as product descriptions, pricing, terms and conditions, and more
- 3. Enterprise First we have to ensure that we have properly configured the quotation template.
- 4. Enterprise By following the quotation template link from settings, we can see the list view of the quotation templates.
- 5. Enterprise Upon opening the template, we can see a tab called quote builder.
- 6. Enterprise In that we can see the Header, Project Description, Testimonials, Terms & Conditions.
- 7. Enterprise To view the available headers and footers we can move to settings and follow the Headers/Footers link.
- 8. Enterprise Here we can see the Kanban view of the Headers/Footers and we can create new Quote builder by clicking on New button.
- 9. Enterprise Also we can see the Headers/Footers from the Configuration menu by clicking on Headers/Footers.
