- 2. Where are We Heading? Libraries are changing rapidly from traditional “book spaces” into collaborative user-centered spaces. Library Services must become more than just reference assistance. We are no longer “Gatekeepers”. Services must change to meet the visual and social learners of the Millenial generation.
