This document discusses self-esteem and provides information about what self-esteem is, characteristics of high self-esteem and low self-esteem. It includes activities for students to identify their own strengths and complete a personal inventory. Students are then asked to discuss what they learned about themselves, whether they believe they have high or low self-esteem, and one thing they can do to build their self-esteem. To finish, students are instructed to draw an outline of themselves and write inside it at least ten things they like about themselves.
