Lutece is a content management system and Java enterprise portal developed by the city of Paris, which began as an open-source project in 2002. It features a modular architecture based on over 500 plugins and integrates various tools such as Elastic Search and FranceConnect. The project has evolved through collaborations in open-source events and became an OW2 mature project in 2016.
