My experience 2000 – 2002 Satama Unified Process 2002 – 2005 Standards for User Experience (StUX) 2002 – now From “T-model” to “Patterns+Process=?” What:  helped specify and roll-out a RUP-based process for a web agency with an extra first phase and a user-centered layer. Result:  a booklet, an online database with descriptions, templates & examples of deliverables, plus training materials for all employees. Later followed by SUP-light.

Result:  a process diagram, 1-page descriptions of deliverables, wall-sized posters. (*) Yes, the competitor of govWorks in the movie “Startup.com”
