RSpace is an electronic lab notebook platform that allows researchers to document experiments, manage protocols and images, link to samples and files, and share and collaborate on data. It helps labs, universities, and companies organize their "little data" by integrating their research workflow and maintaining links to data and files regardless of storage location. RSpace also serves as an interface between individual lab "little data" and larger institutional "big data" by enabling export of data to repositories, archives, and other systems.
