When someone likes your Page, your posts may be
seen in their News Feed. These posts can be shared.

When someone interacts with your posts by liking or
commenting, that activity may also be shared with
their Facebook friends.

Once you have a Facebook Page, you can begin
targeted paid advertising either to only those who like
your Page or more.
Setting Up A Facebook
Page- Initial Steps Overview
Create a personal profile If you do not have one

On the left side of Your home page, scroll to "PAGES" or simply visit
any Facebook Page and you will see the option "Create a Page".

Click on "Create Page".

Choose the appropriate category for your Page.

Further refine your category in the drop down menu.

Name your Page.

Click "Get Started".
Choose Your Type Of Page
Refine the Category and
Name Your Page
Add a Description Using
Quality Keywords
Add Page To Favorites For
Easier Management
Begin Advertising Now or
Skip

Describing Your Page-
Review
Describe your Page using relevant keywords. 

Add your website or social media link. 

Indicate if your Page is a real brand. 

Add a profile picture. Keep it simple. 

Click 'Add to Favorites" so you can easily access your Page from
your personal profile home page.

I would advise skipping purchasing ads at this time although that is
the next step listed. Wait until you have optimized your Page.
