PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is an important part of the primary school curriculum. It teaches children how to make healthy lifestyle choices to experience positive relationships, improved quality of life, and less illness. PDHPE also helps students identify and promote diversity, social justice, and supportive environments to encourage better health for all communities. The key goals of PDHPE are to develop students' understanding of themselves and others, promote physical activity, and empower students to make informed decisions to act responsibly.
