This study aimed to determine the factors causing students to have difficulty concentrating in class and identify measures to address the problem. A questionnaire was administered to 20 students. The results found that the main reason for lack of concentration was lack of sleep. Most respondents agreed that inability to focus could negatively impact their grades. While students were aware of the importance of concentrating, common initiatives like getting more rest and avoiding distractions were used to improve focus and learning. The recommendations include strategies for students like sitting at the front of class, taking notes, and visualizing their future.
