• The devices of Wishing Tree was constructed and displayed at Hayashi Department Store in Tainan,
and it was expected that through the interactive design, the shoppers could interact and ask for a
Japanese amulet (“omamori”) for good fortune, and would know the meaning of blessing and
praying for harvest in Shinto shrines. This interactive device also included commercial rotations and
coupon giveaways to achieve the goal of O2O social media diffusion, in the hopes of leading the
consumers to purchase in the department store.
